Testing for Environmental Health and Real Estate Transactions

Today your clients want to know what’s on the property they’re buying. Soil testing around workshops, or remote corners where solvents, pesticides and chemicals may have been dumped can save time, aggravation and thousands of dollars to remediate in the future.

If you have a well on your property you are required by the State of Oregon to test the well water before real estate transaction for arsenic, bacteria, and nitrate.

Sick Building Syndrome in commercial and residential industries is triggered by many causes whether it is particulates floating carrying toxic metals or toxic molds.  Contact our microscopic department experts to help in setting a diagnostic plan.

Dr. Fred Colley, Ph.D. the director of PIXIS microscopy department is a certified microscopic small particle analyst and has experience in diagnosis of Sick Building Syndrome and other environmental problems.  Dr. Colley will perform a case study specific for your situation, and write his diagnostic report based on evidence and testing.  His findings will assist you in obtaining the best treatment plan available.
